Position Overview
A world-class 5-star resort on Palm Jumeirah is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Guest Relations Director. You will ensure seamless experiences for international VIP guests, diplomats, and high-net-worth visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the VIP guest relations protocol and personalized service standards.
• Train, mentor, and lead the frontline concierge and reception teams.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively with exceptional diplomacy.
• Coordinate high-profile private events and executive delegations.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience in 5-star luxury hospitality in Dubai/GCC.
• Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is an advantage).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished grooming and exemplary customer focus.
