Position Overview
The Senior Hotel Operations Manager will direct all daily hotel operations, guest services, staff management, and financial performance for luxury resort properties. You will ensure high standard compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall resort operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Manage department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
- Drive financial growth, budget management, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
